SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Costs

Australia

We offer free express tracked shipping on order above $100.00 AUD otherwise a fee of $10 will be charged at checkout for Standard shipping.

New Zealand

A small fee is calculated at checkout for reliable, tracked shipping to New Zealand.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.

If your order is placed over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather or due to postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen and unavoidable. Online orders are being processed and shipped from Sunshine Coast, Australia and so we follow any Queensland Public Holidays.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.

You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If for any reason, this is not working or you’re having trouble finding these details, please contact our team at info@shakka.com.au.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us on info@shakka.com.au

International Shipping

We can’t forget about our international beach babes, if you are based overseas and can’t bear to love without SHAKKA (we don’t blame you), we are happy to ship to you. Simply contact us on info@shakka.com.au and we will calculate your shipping costs. Unfortunately we can’t ship to all locations but our customer care team can advise any restrictions.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

International

Unfortunately, not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@shakka.com.au as soon as you realise something is incorrect. SHAKKA.
