RETURNS POLICY

It is our upmost priority and intention to satisfy our customer. For this reason, we have provided extensive information on the products within our online store, also included the reviews of verified customers to be displayed on the product pages to enable review of unbiased consumer opinion on product.

SHAKKA will accept returns for an exchange or a refund for hardware and apparel, on the occasion that it remains in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Returns will not be granted if the products returned are open or show signs of wear.

SHAKKA will not accept return of the BRUN range, unless deemed faulty. It is important to note BRUN. range has been designed to assist your natural skins tanning process therefore results will differ from person to person. We will not warrant that the result you achieve or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

We can offer a replacement product if the product you received is not the product your purchased, if it has been damaged in transit, or is faulty. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ALL RETURNS OR CLAIMS FOR REPLACEMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. IF MORE THAN 5 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER A REPLACEMENT.

To process a return please contact our customer care team at info@shakka.com.au and include your order confirmation in the subject line so we can find your order easily, also reason for return and supporting images (if deemed faulty). Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used/worn. SHAKKA does not take responsibility for the costs or loss of returning the products.
